Job summary

Sachse Construction is seeking an Estimator to develop detailed bid packages for prospective clients. The role involves traveling to job sites and client offices, managing multiple projects, and representing the company with professionalism.

You will lead bidding across GC, CM, GMP and Design-Build, handle budgeting, procurement, plan reviews, and value engineering, while maintaining strong client and trade partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years light commercial and/or retail construction estimating experience.
• Or 10+ years of self-perform estimating for an interior drywall / carpentry company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required.

The Estimator works directly with prospective clients for the creation of a detailed bid package that meets their needs. Traveling to prospective job sites and client offices as needed as well as multi-task on numerous projects, duties and deadlines while always professionally representing our company.
