Gage Commercial Construction is a full-service general contractor headquartered in Austin, Texas, specializing in multifamily renovation and reconstruction. Founded in 2014 by brothers Rich and Rob Trepanier, Gage was built on decades of multifamily experience and a commitment to integrity, quality, and clear communication.
We believe successful projects are built on strong relationships and trusted partnerships. As multifamily owners ourselves, we understand the challenges of owning and operating apartment communities and approach every project with a focus on budget, schedule, resident experience, and long-term property performance. As an Estimator at Gage Commercial Construction, you will develop accurate budgets, estimates, and proposals for multifamily renovation and reconstruction projects. You’ll work closely with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Production to align scope, pricing, and project expectations.
This role goes beyond estimating. You’ll participate in bid reviews and presentations, spend time in the field evaluating estimate performance, support project handoffs, and use project results and lessons learned to improve future estimates. You’ll also help maintain Gage’s historical cost database and contribute to continuous improvement across the estimating process.
