How You Will Contribute

• Lead the estimating of all facets of mechanical construction across a wide range of vertical markets for projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
• Produce timely, accurate, and concise estimates that meet the specifications and customer requirements of all projects.
• Estimate design build and plan specification mechanical projects; identify needed labor, material, and schedule requirements; collect and analyze job bid information; compute cost; present finalized estimates.
• Utilize Trimble Autobid software for estimating the projects; work in Microsoft Excel and BlueBeam.
• Collaborate with customers and members at all levels of the organization to provide top‑notch customer service and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as an instrumental team member in a team‑oriented environment.

What You Need To Qualify

Ahern will help make the most of your previous 3+ years of experience, minimum, in a mechanical, municipal or industrial construction environment combined with a post‑secondary education from an applicable program. Experience working in Trimble AutoBid or other estimating software, a solid background in Microsoft Excel and a strong proficiency in reading blueprints will be crucial for this role. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks with great detail will be essential.
