Job summary

Accurity Industrial Contractors, LLC is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating department, develop accurate cost estimates for fabrication, welding, and industrial construction, and ensure proposals are competitive and timely.

You will collaborate with operations, project management, purchasing, and customers to support profitable project execution and business growth, while mentoring the estimating team and maintaining databases and historical cost data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding methods, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
