Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Proven leadership of estimating or preconstruction teams.
• Experience with large, complex projects ($10M+)
• Strong background in design-build and conceptual estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating tools, Excel, and construction documents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators.
• Oversee all estimating and preconstruction efforts for the branch.
• Drive conceptual and design-build estimates for complex projects.
• Develop bid strategies using market intelligence and cost data.
• Partner with BD, operations, and engineering teams to win work.
• Support client presentations, proposals, and interviews.
• Identify and mitigate risk during preconstruction.
