Ellsworth Corporation, via Ellsworth Adhesives, seeks an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating function at TapeCase in Elk Grove Village, IL. This on-site/hybrid role focuses on delivering accurate cost estimates for OEM and general converting opportunities, with emphasis on gasket and die-cut applications.

You will manage a team of estimators, drive pricing strategy and margin performance, and ensure data integrity across BOMs, routings, and the item master in ERP. Minimal travel required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in estimating, quoting, engineering, or related role required.
• 3+ years of management or people leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with cost modeling, pricing, and margin management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred; other combinations may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical and Senior Technical Estimators, including hiring, performance management, and capability development.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of cost estimates to ensure accuracy across materials, labor, routing, tooling, overhead, manufacturability, and margin targets.
• Execute pricing and margin strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and growth across OEM and general converting work.
• Review complex or high-value opportunities and provide direction on materials, processes, tooling, and key cost drivers.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of estimating data within ERP systems, including BOMs, routings, and item master data.
