Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional for manufacturing data management and product costing in our Wisconsin facility. You will manage SAP BOMs and shop routings while collaborating with Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Purchasing and Accounting.

You will review drawings to identify processes and costs, gather documentation, and prepare quotes for OEM products and internal lines, ensuring accurate, timely information for production.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Proficient with computers and new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and release BOMs and shop routings in SAP.
• Ensure accurate engineering and manufacturing information for multiple departments.
• Gather and organize documentation for new and revised projects.
• Process product revisions and communicate details to teams.
• Prepare quotes for OEM and company products across divisions.
• Solicit supplier quotes and verify accuracy and completeness.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine processes and costs.
• Distribute drawings and documentation to shop-floor areas.
