Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer License.
• 4 years of progressive experience in estimating design, project management or related field.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and pre-order estimates for projects with 50 to 800 hours of effort.
• Provide design recommendations and value engineering ideas to estimators.
• Collaborate with builders and project teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Support sales with pricing information to enable accurate final quotes.
• Mentor entry-level estimators and contribute to department performance.
