WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Estimating Co‑Op's primary role is to provide support to the Estimating team. The Estimating Co‑Op's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend pre‑bid meetings/walkthroughs
  • Pickup plans and specifications when required
  • Perform quantity take‑offs
  • Deliver proposals when required
  • Perform drawing overlays
  • Call for pricing from subs and vendors
  • Assist with estimating data guideline process
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in construction management, civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail‑oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
