Job summary

Wythe Windows Inc in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a driven Project Manager Estimator to lead window installation projects from bid to completion. You will develop accurate estimates, manage schedules, budgets, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate reads blueprints, uses estimating software and MS Office, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, bids, and proposals for window installation and supply projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed scope of work.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to maximize project profitability.

• Knowledge of window products, fenestration systems, or building materials is a plus
