Job summary

Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is seeking a happy and energetic stylist to lead and join our fun team. We are a kid-focused salon serving ages 0-14, dedicated to WOW-ing clients from arrival with smiles and a positive attitude.

This role requires strong technical cosmetology skills, mentorship ability, and daily operations oversight. Active Cosmetology or Barber License and 3-5 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Cosmetology or Barber.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong mentorship and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and promote Sharkey's to new customers.
• Oversee daily salon operations and professional appearance.
• Handle customer complaints with grace and resolve issues.
