Job summary

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Libertyville, IL, seeks a Night Esthetics Teacher to educate students in skincare, makeup, and esthetics during evening classes.

You will design lesson plans, conduct demonstrations, assess progress, and foster a positive, collaborative learning environment from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing CEU training.

Qualifications

• Active Educator License in Illinois.
• Experience in esthetics with skincare and makeup skills.
• Teaching or training experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate students.
• Commitment to student success.
• Availability to teach 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for evening students.
• Conduct practical training sessions and demonstrations in skincare, makeup, and esthetics techniques.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to facilitate improvement.

Your Role:

As a Night Esthetics Teacher, you will be responsible for educating students on various aspects of esthetics, including skincare, makeup application, and the latest beauty trends. Your role is pivotal in guiding students through their hands-on learning experience during evening classes, ensuring they receive the comprehensive education needed to excel in the beauty industry.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active Educator License in the State of Illinois.
• Demonstrated experience in the field of esthetics with a strong knowledge of skincare and makeup skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Availability to teach from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $25.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
