Job summary

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, LLC is seeking a Night Esthetics Teacher to guide students in skincare, makeup, and beauty techniques, and to help them build professional skills for growth in the industry.

Design lessons, demonstrate esthetic practices, and assess progress in a supportive, on-site classroom. Requires active IN esthetics license and educator license; teaching experience is a plus. Evening hours Monday–Friday, CST.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Esthetics Indiana State License.
• Must have an active Indiana State Beauty of Culture Educator License.
• Experience in esthetics with skincare/makeup techniques.
• Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00–10:00 pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging lesson plans and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of esthetic techniques and practices.
• Assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Establish and maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to academic program development.
