Job summary

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Illinois is seeking a Daytime Esthetics Teacher to educate students in skincare, makeup artistry, and the latest industry trends, using hands-on methods to build confidence and professional skills.

Design engaging lesson plans, deliver live demonstrations, assess student progress, and maintain a positive classroom for optimal learning. Must hold an active Illinois Educator License; daytime Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm CST; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active Educator License in Illinois is required.
• Demonstrated experience in esthetics, with strong knowledge of skincare and makeup application.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals.
• Availability for daytime teaching hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $2100 and $25.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
