Paul Mitchell The School Toledo is seeking an enthusiastic Esthetics Instructor to inspire the next generation of skincare professionals. You will mentor students, bring our industry-leading curriculum to life through engaging instruction, and foster confidence and professionalism in every learner.

You will guide hands-on learning, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with fellow educators to maintain excellence in education while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Esthetician Instructor License.
• Experience performing facials, utilizing esthetic equipment, and machine-based treatments.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Comfortable using technology and instructional tools.
• A collaboration, team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule Options

Full-Time:

• Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM OR
• Tuesday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Friday-Saturday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Part-time opportunities may also be available.

What You'll Do

As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll bring our industry-leading curriculum to life through engaging classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and one-on-one coaching.

You'll help students master esthetics fundamentals and advanced techniques while building the confidence and professionalism needed for long-term success.
