THE BASICS

This is a full-time position. As an Esthetics Educator, you will teach students both the theory and hands‑on skills needed for a career in esthetics. You will lead classroom instruction and practical training in skincare and esthetics, covering topics such as skin analysis, waxing techniques, makeup application and artistry, product knowledge and ingredients, retailing and guest service strategies, and advanced modalities including LED therapy, microcurrent, HydraFacial, and more. Throughout the day, you will demonstrate professional techniques and industry best practices, support and encourage students, evaluate progress, provide constructive feedback, and help create a positive and inspiring learning environment.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
