Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Life Spa Esthetician to provide skin and facial services that enhance the guest experience at our club. Services include facials, waxing, brow and lash tinting, and makeup application.

You will educate clients on LifeSpa products, discuss options to meet individual needs, promote treatments, and maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Esthetician License in the state where work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides various skin and facial services and treatments that improve the guest’s overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. This includes services such as facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make‑up application that exceed the guest’s expectations.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Esthetician License in state where work is performed
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• 2 years of cosmetology experience
• 6 months of sales experience
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
