Job summary

Nurse Practitioner On Call LLC is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team in Waldorf, Maryland. You will introduce clients to skincare products and services and collaborate to achieve skin health goals, including facial massage and waxing.

This role offers entrepreneurial growth, opportunities to upsell skincare products and services, and a dynamic, energetic workplace with a strong emphasis on ethics and communication.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license required.
• Experience as an esthetician preferred.
• Experience with skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on skin care options and best practices.
• Greet clients warmly and develop rapport.
• Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet safety standards.
• Hydrafacial and peel application experience, and passion to learn advanced medical aesthetic offerings.
• Actively promote and upsell skincare products; introduce clients to upgraded treatments and add-on services to meet sales targets.

As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on skin care options and best practices
• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport
• Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards
• Hydrafacial and peel application experience, and passion to learn advanced medical aesthetic
• Actively promote and sell retail skincare products; confidently introduce clients to upgraded treatments, add-on services, and treatment series (upselling) to maximize results and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician’s license
• Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred
• Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial is preferred but not required
• Deep understanding of skin care techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of ethics
• Growth mindset: A strong passion for the industry and a desire to continuously learn and speak confidently about advanced medical aesthetic offerings.
