Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Guest Experience

• Deliver customized facial and skincare services utilizing premium products and advanced techniques consistent with brand standards.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on optimal skincare regimens.
• Ensure full immersion in the brand experience throughout each treatment.
• Provide a seamless and relaxing service, characterized by professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality.
• Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home‑care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives.
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through tailored service, effective follow‑up, and superior product expertise.
• Advocate for ongoing treatment plans and home‑care regimens to support clients’ long‑term skincare objectives.

Experience & Qualifications
