Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Plano, TX is seeking a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our wellness team. You will help clients achieve skin health goals and introduce innovative modalities that enhance esthetic services.

As an esthetician, you’ll grow your skill set with state-of-the-art technology while helping customers feel better and perform at higher levels. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in Texas (current).
• Experience in facial treatments and skincare sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer facials and body treatments.
• Sell skincare products and memberships; educate clients on benefits.
• Maintain client records and appointment scheduling in the POS system.
• Assist with store operations and events to grow esthetics clientele.
• Cross-sell Restore services and coordinate with marketing efforts.

Schedule

Some weekday shifts (Mon-Fri). MUST be available for all weekend shifts, as required.

Responsibilities

• Performing consultations and administering Facials and Body treatments
• Selling skincare products
• Educating clients about benefits and building a personalized treatment plan for their needs
• Building and maintaining our esthetics client base, including nurturing leads and current clients
• Maintaining accurate records of each session in our point of sale system
• Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
• Selling Restore’s esthetic services to existing and new clients
• Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services
• Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
• Educating clients on all Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
• Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
• Participate in the planning and coordinating of events, in studio and out in the community.
• Assist with content creation and social media posts for esthetic services.
• Assist with other marketing projects to lead to growing the esthetics client base.
• Helping implement new services & products for successful launches!
• Occasionally assisting the studio with filling in shifts as a Hyper Wellness Representative to primarily handle client visits, and rendering core services.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed esthetician in the State of Texas, license is current.
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a practicing esthetician with facial experience.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is strongly preferred.
• You're experienced in Jan Marini and Hydropeptide products- this is preferred, but not required.
• You're experienced in product sales.
• You are comfortable meeting goals each month and strategizing on building our clientele. Must be comfortable selling packages and memberships.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
• You are available on some weekdays and all weekends, and are dependable.
