Waxing the City is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Georgia to lead a high-performing team, coach Cerologists, and partner with the Owner on growth and operations. The role blends service excellence with business oversight to deliver a luxury guest experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia esthetician/cosmetology license, demonstrates 5+ years of leadership, and is willing to complete Cerologist and Management training while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Hands-on waxing experience preferred.
• Ability to complete Cerologist Certification Training and Management Training.

Responsibilities

• supervise Cerologists and front desk team; onboard, train, coach, and develop staff.
• over see daily studio operations, inventory, and sanitation.
• drive client experience, memberships, and retention initiatives.
• support marketing initiatives and local community partnerships.
• ensure compliance with licensing and franchise standards.
