Job summary

Spavia Westminster is seeking licensed estheticians for part-time and full-time roles. The position offers a clear pay structure with averages for facial services ($52–$56 for 50-min facials, up to $66 for longer treatments) and opportunities to earn extra through enhancements, retail, and bonuses.

Experienced staff (about 30 hours/week) earn $70K–$75K+ annually, with benefits potentially including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in CO.
• Flexible schedule and weekend/evening availability.
• Ability to perform 50-min and 60–70 min facial services.

Responsibilities

• Perform result driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail.
• Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals.
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready.
• Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals.
