Core Responsibilities

• Provide industry best client services (including waxing, tinting,, brow lamination, lash lift, and specialty skin treatments)
• Educate clients on pre/post care to achieve and maintain best results
• Client correspondence within the Studio via all modes of communication (phone, text)
• Customer service standards for all internal and external customers. Goal is to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to on-going customer relationship management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Other Responsibilities

• Handling of client memberships and packages
• Continued education through our Waxing the City Dashboard Learning Portal
• Creating on-brand, impactful content for Studio social media use
• Assist with retail product and merchandising
• Participate in community outreach efforts
• Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork
