Job summary

Elements Massage in Scottsdale is hiring licensed estheticians to join our growing team dedicated to providing therapeutic skincare services. We offer a welcoming work environment, competitive compensation between $40 to $65 per hour, and a range of benefits including healthcare contributions and retail discounts.

Ideal candidates will have completed an Esthetics/Aesthetics program and must be comfortable providing facial services and selling retail products to clients. Previous experience in a spa is a plus!

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality.
• Comfortable selling retail products and providing home regimen advice.
• Previous experience in a spa environment is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
• Must be comfortable selling retail products to all clients and sending all clients home with an at home regimine
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
• The team would love to speak with students, inexperienced and experienced estheticians/aestheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spa / medical spa, and much more.
