Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician to help clients achieve skin health goals using innovative wellness modalities. You will consult with clients, perform Cryoskin and other esthetic services, and grow your personal client base in a wellness-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid esthetician license.
• Experience or certification with Cryoskin is preferred.
• Experience or certification with Hydrafacial is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ethics and integrity are essential.
• Passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and perform Cryoskin and other esthetic services.
• Build and maintain your own client base.
• Maintain accurate records of each session.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and maintained.
• Promote Restore esthetic services to clients and drive sales.
• Cross-sell other Restore modalities to enhance services.
• Manage inventory and order esthetic supplies when needed.
• Educate clients on Restore modalities and products to enhance experience.
• Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, and processing payments.

• Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed esthetician.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Cryoskin equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
