Job summary

Heyday is hiring a Skin Therapist to deliver fully personalized facials and exceptional client experiences in our flagship store. You will listen to concerns, assess skin, and guide clients on products and enhancements to achieve optimal results.

The ideal candidate has an esthetics license, 1–2 years of facial experience, and a passion for Heyday’s skincare approach. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends to support busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• Experience with peels and advanced facial massage techniques.
• Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent).

The Ideal Candidate

• A valid Esthetics license
• At least 1-2 years of experience performing facials
• A passion for our brand and the way we are changing the skincare industry
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills

• Comprehensive Skin Analysis: Conduct a thorough skin analysis for each client to understand their current skin condition and anticipate future needs.
• Client Education: Educate clients on their homecare routines and offer personalized recommendations for maintaining healthy skin.
• Client-Centric Service: Listen attentively to each client to create a unique and memorable experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
