Job summary

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Esthetician for our New Orleans spa. You will deliver facial, cosmetic, and hair removal treatments, while maintaining a pristine and compliant spa environment.

You’ll engage guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s hospitality standards. You will contribute to daily spa operations, manage supplies, stay updated on skincare trends, and complete all required records.

• Strong guest communication and service orientation.
• Maintains strict cleanliness and regulatory compliance in all areas.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience

• Deliver professional skincare treatments: Provide facial, cosmetic, and hair removal services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards

• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment areas, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards

• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage

• Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up to date knowledge of skincare techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction

• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service

• Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
