Heyday Skincare - East Cobb is seeking a Skin Therapist to deliver fully personalized facials, assess skin conditions, and educate clients on product options. You will listen to concerns, tailor treatments, and create an unparalleled client experience.

Ideal candidates hold a valid esthetics license and 1–2 years of facial experience, with a passion for our brand and a commitment to outstanding service and problem-solving. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• A valid Esthetics license and Georgia licensure if required.
• 1–2 years of experience performing facials.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule, including weekends and opening/closing shifts.
• Experience with peels and advanced facial massage techniques.

The Ideal Candidate

• A valid Esthetics license
• At least 1-2 years of experience performing facials
• A passion for our brand and the way we are changing the skincare industry
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
• Experience with Peels
• Advanced facial massage techniques
• Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent)

As a Skin Therapist, you will provide fully personalized facials to every client who walks through our door. You will listen to their concerns, look for skin conditions, and educate them on product and enhancement options, delivering an unparalleled client experience.

• Customized Facials: Provide customized and personalized facials to Heyday clientele, ensuring each treatment meets their unique needs.
• Comprehensive Skin Analysis: Conduct a thorough skin analysis for each client to understand their current skin condition and anticipate future needs.
• Client Education: Educate clients on their homecare routines and offer personalized recommendations for maintaining healthy skin.
• Client-Centric Service: Listen attentively to each client to create a unique and memorable experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
