Job summary

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND ESTABLISHED CLIENTELE.
• Demonstrated skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with the ability to perform a range of professional esthetic treatments.
• Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques, with attention to client comfort and safety.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-centered approach.
• Experience in Sales of services and retail products, including recommending appropriate treatments and promoting gift certificates.
• License in Arkansas for esthetics (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Ability to work on-site full time, maintain professional appearance, and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Experience in spa, clinic, or wellness environments is beneficial.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Role Description

This is an independent contractor opportunity based in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area. The Esthetician will provide professional skin care services, including facials, exfoliation treatments, and other customized therapies aligned with the clinic’s natural and wellness-focused approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hair removal services, recommending appropriate skin care routines and products, maintaining clean and safe treatment areas, and ensuring a relaxing experience for every client. The Esthetician will deliver high-quality customer service, respond to client inquiries, and support sales of services, products, and gift certificates. Collaboration with the clinic team to maintain scheduling efficiency and uphold service standards is expected.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND ESTABLISHED CLIENTELE. It can take time to curate a consistent schedule. We provide a room and space for you to grow but are a small clinic whose main focus is massage therapy. If you have the skill, motivation, & ability to market yourself independently, there is a possibility to expand on your current clientele. We can offer massage/facial packages to pre-existing customers but, we cannot guarantee any set hours. Ultimately, you are responsible for managing yourself. Although we are a team, we offer a room for an independent contractor.
