Duties

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to enhance clients' skin health and appearance
• Conduct aesthetic laser treatments such as laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation with precision and safety
• Provide waxing services including body waxing and hair removal techniques like threading and tinting services
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health regulations during all treatments to ensure client safety
• Utilize salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and build lasting relationships
• Stay current on industry trends and new aesthetic treatments to continually expand your expertise

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or cosmetology certification as required by state law
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures
• Skilled in performing facials, waxing (including body waxing), microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other aesthetic services
• Familiarity with laser hair removal technology and laser skin rejuvenation procedures
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail combined with a lively enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their beauty goals
