Job summary

Massage Envy Gilbert Highland is hiring estheticians to provide professional skin care services in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. You will perform customized facial and body treatments, discuss needs with clients, and use leading skincare products to help clients reach their skin goals.

We offer competitive pay at $20-$22 per service hour plus tips, plus full-time benefits including healthcare, 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing training.

• Active Arizona esthetician license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Use expertise and our protocols to craft customized facial and body treatments.
• Utilize leading skincare products from brands (e.g., Marini Skin Solutions, PCA SKIN).
• Recommend follow-up visits and home regimens to help clients pursue skin goals.
