Experienced Esthetician (3+ Years) – Luxury Salon & Spa

Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is seeking highly skilled, experienced Estheticians to join our luxury, team-driven environment. With over 50 years of excellence in beauty, relaxation, and wellness, we are a premier destination for elevated skincare services and results-driven treatments.

We are looking for professionals who are confident in delivering a full range of services and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. *Also seeking dual estheticians/makeup artists.

Position Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed Esthetician
Active Maryland Esthetician license
Proficient in all core skincare services including:

• Customized facials
• Advanced skincare treatments
• Full body and facial waxing
• Dermaplaning

Strong consultation skills with the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and homecare
