Life Time Inc. seeks a LifeSpa Esthetician to deliver skin and facial services that enhance guests' well-being and the club experience. Services include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application tailored to individual needs.

As a trusted skin-care expert, you will educate clients about LifeSpa offerings, discuss options to meet their goals, maintain spa cleanliness, and stay current on trends and certifications while promoting Life Time products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Esthetician License in the state of practice required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized skin and facial services and treatments meeting clients' needs and expectations.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
• Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client
• Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness
• Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens
• Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Esthetician License in state where work is performed
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• 2 years of cosmetology experience
• 6 months of sales experience
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software

Pay

This position receives a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage. In addition to incentive pay between 20% to 55% depending on team member productivity.
