Massage Envy Fargo is hiring skilled skincare professionals to join a supportive team. This position offers a competitive base pay of $17.00–$25.00 per hour, plus tips, bonuses, and commissions.

Full-time employees receive employer-paid healthcare, a matching 401(k), and paid time off. As part of the daily workflow, you will perform professional skin care services, discuss client needs, and tailor facial and body treatments using leading skincare lines.

Qualifications

• Satisfies licensing requirements to perform skincare services in the specified state/city.
• Have a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best.
• Eager to grow skincare mastery and adopt advanced services and technologies (e.g., Chemical Peels, Nourishing Light Treatment).

• Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Use protocols and modalities to craft customized facial and body treatments.
