• Consult with clients, communicate aftercare guidance, and recommend suitable skincare products and services.
• Maintain clean treatment areas, follow sanitation procedures, and use salon software such as MINDBODY to manage appointments and client records.

Skills

• Essential: Strong client communication, customer service, skincare knowledge, and consistent sanitation practices.
• Essential: Experience working in the beauty industry; knowledge of cosmetology and relevant treatment procedures.
• Preferred: Retail sales or sales experience, including recommending skincare products and services.
