Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician role based in Charlotte, NC. The Esthetician will provide professional services including brow shaping and tinting, brow lamination, facial waxing, lash lift and tint treatments, custom airbrush spray tans, Hydrafacials, and other results-driven skincare services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations, recommending appropriate treatments and home-care routines, maintaining a clean and sanitary treatment environment, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences. The role also involves educating clients on skincare and services, supporting retail sales of skincare and beauty products, and collaborating with the team to uphold studio standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture. Estheticians are expected to manage their schedules effectively, ensure punctual service delivery, and follow all safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Skin Care skills, including performing facials, Hydrafacials, and results-driven treatment plans.
• Candidates should possess Hair Removal expertise, with proficiency in facial and brow waxing and related techniques.
• Candidates should possess Cosmetology or esthetics-related skills, including brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and lash lift and tint services.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building client relationships and delivering a professional, welcoming experience.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including recommending services and retail products that align with client needs and goals.
• Current North Carolina esthetician or cosmetology license (or eligibility to obtain) is required.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-oriented, client-focused environment with a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
