Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License is required.
• Experience in a medical spa or wellness clinic is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and develop customized skincare plans.
• Provide facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, LED therapies as applicable.
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and home care routines.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Assist with treatment room prep, cleaning, and inventory management.
• Ensure infection control and sanitation standards.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in marketing, social media, and community events as needed.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and personable Licensed Esthetician who is committed to providing exceptional patient care while growing alongside our expanding practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide aesthetic services including:
  • Customized facials
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Dermaplaning
  • Hydrafacial-style treatments (if experienced)
  • LED light therapy
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and home care routines
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Assist with treatment room preparation, cleaning, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation standards
• Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional customer service
• Participate in practice marketing, social media, and community events when needed

Preferred Qualifications
