Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials. Frequently required to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Work Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced retail store environment with standard store lighting and ambient noise levels.

Pay Range: The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
