Job summary

ROBERT W. BAIRD & CO. INCORPORATED in Seattle is seeking a Trust Strategist to review trust and estate documents, provide guidance on trust administration and fiduciary matters, and serve as a thought leader for Baird Financial Advisors, Market Directors, and other PWM associates.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in the trust industry preferred.
• CFP and CTFA credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review trust agreements, amendments, and estate planning documents for accuracy and fiduciary compliance.
• Provide guidance on trust administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and tax considerations.
• Partner with PWM associates to answer questions and offer thought leadership to clients.
• Present on estate, tax, and trust planning topics for internal and external audiences.
• Support Trust Counsel and Trust associates on complex matters and initiatives.
