Golden Oaks Law Group, LLP seeks a proactive Trust and Estate Coordinator to guide clients through funding and settlement processes with precision and care.

The role integrates client engagement, funding management, and settlement duties, collaborating with estate planning professionals and financial advisors to preserve legacies and optimize tax outcomes. You will draft financial documents, coordinate with banks, prepare appraisals, and ensure compliance across the funding lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Interest in pursuing Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor Certification a plus.
• Licensed Notary Public preferred.
• 2+ years of financial services or legal experience or related educational experience.
• Knowledge of basic estate planning and trust administration concepts and laws.
• Excellent drafting and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Experience using legal document management software or other relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure a seamless engagement.
• Conduct professional Zoom meetings with clients to develop and present personalized funding and settlement plans.
• Provide consistent, timely updates to clients as their matter moves through funding or settlement.
• Act as the primary point of contact to translate complex legal and financial steps into clear, actionable updates for the client.
• Develop and present personalized funding plans and complete necessary financial institution or agency forms for fully funded trusts.
• Facilitate seamless transfer of ACH payments and deposits into trust accounts.
• Identify and address at-risk assets and secure waivers when needed.
• Coordinate contingencies and maintain professional networks with financial specialists.
