Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is an education-first law firm based in Cary that provides estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and estate administration legal services. Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Effectively communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

• You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule:
