Responsibilities

• Oversees administration of estate settlement accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of estate activities including valuation, tax coordination, and asset distribution.
• Directly manages a team of Estate Settlement Administrators and Analysts, establishing performance expectations and coaching team members.
• Provides subject matter guidance on estate settlement matters and assists in resolving complex account issues.
• Ensures adherence to fiduciary, legal, and regulatory requirements, including account reviews and documentation standards.
• Monitors workflows, caseloads, and timelines to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Acts as escalation point for complex estate matters, including beneficiary disputes and distribution issues.
• Maintains proactive communication with beneficiaries and partners to uphold high service standards.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external advisors to support administration of estate matters.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operational processes and strengthen controls.
