The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in estate planning and tax law, be an active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work independently and with others.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in estate planning and/or tax law.
• Active Ohio and/or Kentucky bar membership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate documents.
• Handle probate and estate matters efficiently.
• Provide counsel on individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
