You will gather information, keep case files organized, and stay current with state and federal estate planning laws, while delivering compassionate client service.

Qualificações

• Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Deeds.
• Assist in the preparation and drafting of probate documents, such as petitions, accountings, inventories, etc.
• Conduct client consultations and gather relevant personal, financial, and legal information.
• Manage case files, ensuring that all documents are complete and accurately filed.
• Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Research legal questions and stay updated on state and federal estate planning laws.
• Organize and maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support attorneys in preparing for estate planning signings.
• Support attorneys in preparing for probate hearings.
