Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas, TX seeks an Associate Attorney (2–5 years) to support a transactional trusts and estates practice. The role blends sophisticated estate planning with probate matters, offering meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and opportunities to contribute to business development.

The position emphasizes high-net-worth planning, collaboration with mentorship, and potential for a partner track for the right long-term fit.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate.
• Excellent drafting skills for wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
• Ability to work independently with high-quality work product.

Responsibilities

• Draft core estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on gift and estate tax planning strategies and wealth transfer.
• Support probate and estate administration from intake through resolution, including client communications.
• Collaborate with leadership on plan design and execution of strategies.
• Contribute to business development efforts consistent with the firm’s bonus structure.
