Job summary

Aspen Careers partners with a respected Columbus law firm to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to support two busy partners whose practices focus on estate planning and probate matters. The role is primarily in-office in Columbus, with occasional remote days up to one day per week.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of strong legal assistant experience, excels at managing multiple priorities, and demonstrates initiative, reliability, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of strong legal assistant experience preferred.
• Candidates with 2+ years may be considered if they have a strong legal background and can manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to two established partners with estate planning and probate practices.
• Own a busy desk with deadlines, multiple priorities, and moving parts.
• Support attorneys with high expectations in a fast-moving practice.
