JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar.
Minimum of 5 years of estate planning, probate, tax law experience.
Proven drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret tax laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
Provide legal advice on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection.
Represent clients in probate court and handle probate administration.
