Energy Jobline ZR in New Haven, CT, seeks an experienced Estate Planning/Drafting Attorney to join our US Private Client & Tax practice. You will draft comprehensive estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients and collaborate with cross-border teams on tailored strategies.

The role requires 3+ years drafting estate planning documents, and admission to CT or NY Bar; an LL.M. in Taxation is a plus. This is an on-site position in New Haven within a growing international practice.

Formación

• Admitted to the Connecticut or New York State Bar.
• Minimum 3+ years drafting estate planning documents in a law firm or specialist setting.
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on bespoke planning strategies and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with New York and Connecticut regulations in planning and documentation.
• Mentor junior drafters and support staff as needed.
