Job summary

Vertis Wealth is seeking an attorney to support our tax and wealth management teams on an estate planning basis. You will work directly with clients and consult our Legal Directors and professionals to deliver tailored plans.

Responsibilities include drafting revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, meeting clients virtually or in person, and staying current with Washington state law changes.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington state.
• Ability to meet clients in person or virtually to finalize docs.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning services for clients.
• Meet with clients to confirm needs.
• Draft estate planning documents (trusts, wills, POAs, healthcare directives).
• Stay up-to-date with state laws.
• Collaborate with tax, business, and financial advisors.
• Work with an established book of clients.
