Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss estate plans and answer questions.
• Prepare and propose estate plans including trusts, wills, and asset protection strategies.
• Assist with Medicaid applications, probate, and estate administration tasks.
• Maintain contact with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
• Create content for marketing platforms (articles, blogs, posts).
